Roofing in Wilmore, KY
Roofing and siding for a quiet college town built around Asbury's campus and older residential streets.
Wilmore is small and quiet, built around Asbury University and Asbury Theological Seminary, and the housing reflects that. A lot of homes are older brick and frame houses from the early to mid 1900s that have been passed down or bought by families connected to the school, kept up but not always with recent roof work. Campus buildings themselves add a steady stream of commercial jobs that need to work around the academic calendar, much like Berea but on a smaller scale.
Being this close to the Kentucky River palisades and High Bridge means the town catches some of the same wind patterns as Nicholasville, just with less new construction to absorb it. Older roofs here are more likely to be original or close to it, which means more full replacements than patch repairs when storm damage hits.
