How far out do you travel?
We serve Madison County and surrounding counties, generally within about 50 miles of our home office in Richmond, KY. To stay responsive to our local customers, we keep repairs and smaller projects within this service area.
For larger projects beyond that radius, special arrangements may be available. Contact us with your location and project details, and we'll be happy to discuss.
Will you tell me if I need a new roof?
Yes. Just as importantly, we'll tell you when you don't need one yet and explain why. We value helping our local homeowners repair their roofs, extend their useful life, and protect their property.
We'll explain your roof's condition and the options available so you can make an informed decision. Our goal is to help you accomplish the goals you have for your home, without pressure to replace a roof that still has life left.
Do you handle storm damage insurance claims?
Yes. We photograph and document the damage, write the estimate, and work with your insurance company through the claim. If the roof needs covering before the adjuster arrives, we can tarp it first.
What kinds of roofs do you install?
We install asphalt shingle roofing systems, metal roofing systems, and low-slope membrane roofing systems for homes and commercial properties. We'll explain the options suited to your roof, your goals, and your budget.
Do you take on commercial and multifamily buildings?
We do. Commercial roof replacement and repair, low-slope membrane roofing systems, multifamily roofing, preventative maintenance and larger exterior capital improvement projects.
What does an estimate cost?
Nothing. We come out, look at the property and give you the estimate in writing. Fitzpatrick Contracting is licensed and insured.
